Inside View of the System
healthmemmo was inspired following the experience of one of our founders as a specialist in a variety of hospitals and running a multi-disciplinary specialist practice. He experienced a series of frustrations and inefficiencies. A vision was born for an new style of patient engagement platform that not just focused on the logistics of appointments and sharing results, but provided a central place for patients to manage their healthcare information and connect with their team to receive ongoing information and have any questions answered.
The focus was not just to deliver a better engage with patients, but also to make it easier and simpler to run a practice and co-ordinate care with hospitals and other healthcare providers.
A deep understanding of technology enabled this vision to come to life and provide a breakthrough in the delivery of specialist healthcare.
Patient Frustrations
A personal journey of one of the founders highlighted the administartive burden for patients and the lack of tools to help them manage their journey to better health. This frustration was a key factor in bringing the voice of the patient to the design of the healthmemmo platform. This meant that healthmemmo delivers real value for patients and is simple for them to use and engage with.
